Key responsibilities

Devise a business strategy to effectively retain and grow accounts organically while also going to market to acquire new clients / business.
Hire, lead, and mentor a team of creative hunters and account managers to grow the business.
Work with other disciplines within the agency to create compelling solutions for a wide array of clients.
Continuously upskill and have a strong understanding of the agency and digital landscape to beat out the competition.

Role requirements

A driven, entrepreneurial person who has strong sales/business development experience in the B2B sector, approximately 8-10 years of experience.
Stellar communication and negotiation skills is an imperative for this role.
Team management experience is a must for this role.
