Key responsibilities

  • Pure play talent acquisition role – Supporting the business units.
  • Manage extensive stakeholder management and drive the hiring numbers
  • This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is a prerequisite
  • Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment
  • Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping
  • Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc
  • This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill
  • Excellent in representing TA reports and analytics around Talent acquisition
  • Should have good knowledge of Fintech industry & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective sourcing methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.

Role requirements

  • Professional qualification in the field related to HR is mandatory. Preferably – Full time MBA HR from Tier I institute.
  • Preference will be given to recruiters from Fintech, Tech or BFSI industry
  • 5 to 8 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required
  • Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy. High potential to represent the organisation with internal and external stakeholders.
