Key responsibilities

  • Framework design and strategy based on client’s organizational business and strategic objectives.
  • Lead engagements and delivery through collaboration with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Security architecture and governance plans development.
  • Design and operate governance and security processes at all levels.
  • Define security policy and standards framework definition.
  • Participate in designing of security organization structure and strategy including developing policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Assessment of current cybersecurity practices against the defined controls and provide recommendations for to-be state.
  • Run Diagnostic Assessments and develop programs for cybersecurity skill development and enhancement.
  • Design cybersecurity awareness and stakeholder sensitization program including materials, posters, newsletters, training workshops, etc.
  • Identify and lead projects to implement new feature in core systems and redesign existing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor manage and guide a team with diverse skill sets

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within consulting or professional services.
  • Recognized degree in in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in dealing with Cyber Risk Strategy, Identity & Access Management or Cyber defence.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff with similar capabilities.
  • Relevant professional certifications professional certifications would be advantageous – Cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM/ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 29001 Privacy.
  • Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills on both business and technical sides.
