Key responsibilities

Lead transformation, transition and change initiatives using various methodologies.
Drive innovation agenda across different finance functions.
Partner and collaborate with Process SMEs and IT teams across the organization to get the best support model for live automated processes.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at each stage of the project.

Role requirements

7 to 13 years of experience in Automation/Finance transformation/change management/ RPA and transition.

Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good knowledge of finance system.
Qualification- Qualified CA/MBA- Finance
