Key responsibilities

  • Driving service delivery for Employee Data Management and Organization/Position management operations.
  • Delivering and executing the processes for the service line, working in partnership with the Regional Lead to manage the teams globally.
  • Resolve escalated issues in regard to complex queries and/or requests for exceptions to standard process and service delivery issues.
  • Work with the regional team leads for the service line to drive common global processes.
  • Ensuring appropriate governance and documentation is in place and maintained to manage delivery of the service effectively.
  • Accountable for following agreed Governance processes for process changes.
  • Partner collaboratively with Service Management Lead to ensure services committed to delivering through the HR Operations Service Catalogue are delivered.
  • Responsible for providing Global Process reporting.

  • Extensive experience with managing HR delivery teams
  • Demonstrable experience with managing stringent performance requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience with continuous improvement / LEAN
  • Experience with working with globally diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with structured process mapping using Blue works or other BPM tools.
  • Experience with multiple contact channels such as Voice, Email, Chat, Portal etc.
  • Exposure to HR tools and technology – SAP, Success Factors, Case management and workflow tools, interactive portals, HR analytics tools etc.
