Our client is a global financial technology and professional services firm who is in search of a potential Talent acquisition/IT Recruiter candidates for their recruitment team in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Note: Preference will be given to recruiters from Technology Product companies 5 to 8 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Pure play talent acquisition role – Supporting the business units.
  • Manage extensive stakeholder management and drive the hiring numbers.
  • This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill.

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is a prerequisite.
  • Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to recruitment
  • Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping.
  • Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc.
  • This profile requires the Candidate to act as a self-initiator with an extensive presentation skill.
  • Excellent in representing TA reports and analytics around Talent acquisition.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.

Role requirements

  • Professional qualification in the field related to HR is mandatory. Preferably – Full time MBA HR
  • Preference will be given to recruiters from Technology Product companies
  • 5 to 8 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required.
  • Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy. High potential to represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders.
