Key responsibilities

• Leading on colleague engagement in India – building understanding, buy-in and participation across the breadth of the CSR agenda.
• Partnering with the business to meaningfully engage the country’s colleagues – impacting colleague engagement, pride, and motivation more broadly.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and leading a scalable India-wide approach to drive participation among all colleagues and developing innovative skills-based CSR participation opportunities.
• Design develops and lead implementation of a scalable India-wide strategy to drive participation, advocacy and talent development among India leaders and colleagues across the CSR agenda.
• Develop   innovative, aligned CSR participation opportunities, including   skills-based volunteering propositions, that maximize social and business impact.
• Deliver the skills-based volunteering opportunities that align to flagship CSR programs.
• Deliver engagement plan with targeted groups of colleagues, including leaders, ambassadors, and scale colleague population.
