Key responsibilities

  • Taking the lead to help onboarding, engaging, upselling user via data-driven approach which align with customer mindsets and behaviors.
  • Developing digital strategy to drive campaigns and other growth initiatives from end-to-end through user segmentation, design experiments, result analysis, project prioritization which in line with digital customer lifecycle.
  • Defining measurable metrics and KPIs to measure performance and develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune work flows and formulate actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with different teams (Product, Data, Marketing) across regions on product innovation and data enhancement.

Role requirements

  • At least 6 years solid experience in digital data driven CRM, retention, or loyalty management under advance digital context.
  • Hands on experience about APP event and data structure and familiar with marketing automation tools (Braze, Clevertap, Emarsys, Salesforce) and working knowledge of MI Tools and SQL.
  • Advance skillset in data analytics, user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, modeling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message, and SMS.
  • Superb English skills with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
