Key responsibilities

  • You will be the Digital Lead for managing and implementing the digital initiatives in Travel Retail businesses for Greater China and North Asia markets, in line with brand’s objectives for the region.
  • This role will be the key contact point to develop the digital plan for e-retail businesses with commercial teams and retailers, ensure on-line support & exposure of product launches in line with global strategy.
  • You will develop innovative digital campaigns and influencer marketing/KOL campaigns to enhance the social media presence, leverage digital touchpoint and drive brand awareness and visibility.
  • You will share best practices and market trend within digital with regions and work closely with local team and external business partners to ensure the efficient and effective marketing & media spend.

Role requirements

  • University graduate
  • At least 8 years’ digital experiences within retail and beauty industries
  • Strong knowledge in social media/e-retailer/ e-commerce platform across Asia, especially in China
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Innovative, open-mined and self-motivated
  • Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
