Our client is the leading professional education institute, offering certified industry-endorsed training in Financial Services, Investment Banking etc. looking to hire Business Head of Strategic Alliances, Product for Mumbai office.

 

Note: This person will not train directly, he/she will only manage the training operations, training materials, classroom modules design.

Key responsibilities

  • The role requires the candidate to handle the entire training delivery and operations, learning and development for multiple classrooms based “Analytics as a subject” training centres operational across locations in India.
  • The role is a functional with the main responsibility of designing and developing curriculums as per the client /student demands, driving the operations at a higher level, be involved in discussions with trainers and key point of contact for any analytics-based meetings, fresh training demands etc.
  • Should be responsible to liaison and coordinate with senior management and drive the analytics training division (60% + travel maybe required in the first 6 -months) to profit.

Role requirements

  • The person must have at least over 15 years of experience including initial 8-10 years of exposure in various levels/domains of analytics – machine learning, ai, deep learning etc. (not hands-on necessarily- could be from project management, program management, training etc.), but must be able to display good knowledge on analytics from a subject matter expert standpoint.
  • He/she preferably must have a similar educational domain background however, multi domain experts with analytics as their key focus area – ready to make a switch to training industry from consulting setups could be considered if they come with the required maturity/knowledge.
