Key responsibilities

  • Training delivery, execution, scoping and preparation.
  • Training Coordination & Implementation, Feed Back Analysis, Team Leadership & Training.
  • Designing and delivering learning solutions to accelerate the professional development of team, help them to remain current in today’s competitive marketplace, and advance their career through Our on-site, online and blended learning solutions.
  • Managing end to end Learning & Development, Training, and Quality.
  • Facilitating the knowledge sharing session in partnership with Sr. Leadership, Executives and SMEs.

Role requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 7+ years of training experience, preferably with a background in finance or technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or finance/economics, with a strong record of academic achievement
