Associate Director, Operational Risk

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management ERM framework, ensure in compliance with regulatory requirement and guidelines.
• Responsible for overseeing business unit risk and the implementation of ERM manuals, methodologies, and tools.
• Manage the execution of risk & control assessment processes and involve in the review of 2LOD.
• Facilitate risk and compliance related communications and training for stakeholders across all business units.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to promote risk awareness.
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of risk management & compliance reporting.
• Responsible for project management which include but not limited to feasibility study, resources allocation, project cost management.
