Key responsibilities

  • Lead Data Analytics, Product Development, CRM and research team with focus on data driven insights
  • Will be responsible for data integration, data extraction, Data Management
  • Enhance Data models and analytical frameworks for quality governance
  • Partnering with distribution stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics
  • Will be responsible for transformation projects around data strategy
  • Embed analytics process in organizational decision making – predictive analytics to drive better business outcomes for sales and marketing teams
  • Leveraging machine learning models / techniques to target opportunities and optimize processes
  • Responsible for Business Development – Apply business / product / process understanding to identify opportunities to build depth in the function

Role requirements

  • Minimum 15 – 18 years of experience
  • MBA or Post Graduation in Statistics, Maths OR Engineering
  • Experience using computer languages – Tableau, machine learning and AI to manipulate and analyse large datasets
  • Hands on experience in dashboard implementation using Business Intelligence tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, People manager with excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Has worked with global teams.
