Key responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing finance requirements.
  • Developing an understanding of the current Finance state process and developing future state recommendations.
  • Identifying the requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them.
  • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables.
  • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.

Role requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in finance (CPA, ACCA).
  • Experience in Oracle ERP Financials with a minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion Financials).
  • Experience with implementing accounting functions in Oracle ERP, such as GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management.
  • At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
  • Experience with executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing and training.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with accounting, financial planning and reporting processes preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
