Key responsibilities

  • Playing an important role in defining and executing the business strategy for ASEAN as well as localizing their international product offering
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights to improve performance and maximize growth.
  • Identify and create new partnerships, including local resellers and local partners, while maintaining and extending relationships with current partners to help grow and manage the local business.
  •  Increase sales through different methods, such as building up brand awareness by word of mouth, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and organizing and attending events, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Manage the sales team to create and identify new prospects in the ASEAN region and leveraging on existing global arrangements while replicating success to different markets.

Role requirements

  • An entrepreneurial, hands on mindset in growing the business through increasing sales, brand presence and teams.
  • Proven experience in defining and building new markets and generating new sales across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing a team, and the ability to communicate effectively to large audiences.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience selling financial software solutions to MNC’s and Financial Institutions.
