Manager / Assistant Manager, Client Static Data Management

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of client static data, KYC onboarding document and updated suitability flagging for both new client and existing account in compliance with requirements, regulations and policies
• Lead a small team, review their works, and manage the performance by providing training and guidance
• Facilitate KYC onboarding process by closely collaborate with Front-line, key business stakeholders, management and related counterparties
• Responsible for following up on account closure, inactive accounts, returned mails, and any related periodic control actions
• Responsible for ad-hoc tasks or projects when necessary such as remediation, system enhancement, etc.
