Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Provide Strategic mindset to the team and implement the Human Resource strategies across the zone.
Develop, implement, and manage an effective employee lifecycle
Interface between internal (Human Resources) and the business operations leaders
Drive the continuing development of the team and the integration of HR functions
Partner closely with the senior leadership team
Create open and proactive communications culture
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
Implement consistent strategy for HR management and development

To be eligible for this role you will require:

16 + years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Senior-level HR experience in third party business process services companies
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
MBA/PG degree
Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Interface with multiple external and internal stakeholders from front-line employees to executives
Well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines – compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, employee relations and all recruitment processes and functions
Experience working with a global and multicultural team.
