Key responsibilities

You will be responsible in developing and managing the communications programs and materials with internal business functions to ensure a timely communication to stakeholders and clients.
Work closely with Account Management and Onboarding team, to ensure updated contents and delivery of marketing material, company internal materials and sales materials etc.
Develop the corporate branding to internal and external stakeholders.
Being the bespoke person of the firm and answer the enquiries from internal business teams and business clients.

Role requirements

Degree holder in Journalism, Marketing or Communications related disciplines.
At least 8 years’ experiences in Corporate Communications/Client Relationship management within Financial Services sector
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Have knowledge in digital assets is a plus.
Understanding of Salesforce would be preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
More experiences may be considered as Senior Manager.
