Head of Finance (Financial Services)

Key responsibilities

• Leading financial budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Developing business strategies and initiatives and translating them into plans for the finance function.
• Support business leaders at country level with financial advice in order to improve margins, lower risks and decrease operating costs.
• Presentation of reports to country management and global group finance concerning business performance and results
• Report financial results to external stakeholders
• Maintain sound internal controls, ensure compliance and adherence to corporate and external policies and regulations
• Ensure implementation of segregation of duties controls and activities.
