Our client is a European Private Bank who is growing their presence in Singapore and is looking for a strong Project Manager to join them.

The position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

  • Take charge of creating and developing IT and non- IT solutions to business’ processes.
  • Provide training and communicate new processes.
  • Work in partnership with related departments to streamline processes to improve efficiency.
  • Business analysis, project and change management for digital transformation
  • Identify and lead projects to implement new feature in core banking system and redesign existing processes

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience within Private Banks.
  • Good knowledge of Private Banking Products & processes management
  • Change/Project Management or LEAN certifications would be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, being able to multitask and work under pressure.
