Key responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing strategy for India operations and expand to Asia Pacific regions
  • Work with the talent and people leaders from other geographies.
  • Work on candidate recruiting plans, partner with the hiring managers, people team and executive leadership.
  • Lead and build a sourcing function including recruiters, sourcers and coordinators.
  • Work with senior leadership and People Operations on competitive compensation strategy.

Role requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience. At least 3 years in a fast growth, software product companies.
  • 2 + years as a team leader / manager responsible for owing the deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices and associated compliance and regulatory requirements for the Indian market.
  • APAC sourcing experience and SaaS experience is a big plus.
