Technology Workforce Strategy Project Manager

Our client is the world’s leading investment bank and financial services holding company looking for a Workforce Strategy Project Manager (Director) for their Technology Workforce Strategy team.

 

Note:

  • Workforce Strategy Project Manager, should have knowledge of technology tools for workforce strategy however does not have to be hands on technology

 

Role:

  • Person would work on challenging workforce strategy initiatives at a scale
  • Looking for a Project Manager to lead workforce strategy and operational change management initiatives for Group Technology globally
  • Need HR person who can work as a workforce project Manager
  • Exposure to most senior management in the organization
  • Presentation to the Board or board-1 level

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Individual Contribution Role
  • Implement and execute the workforce strategy globally in collaboration with cross-divisional stakeholders
  • Initiate new projects in response to business requirements
  • Good time spend on hiring practice (implement digital tools in practice, as per Industry practices)
  • Implement and improve workforce strategies, performance management, D&I initiatives, and strategies

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • 10 years of experience of strategy and delivery experience, preferably with background in HR, recruiting and sourcing strategies for high volume hiring campaign
  • Experience of digital recruitment and current methods to source talent in highly competitive markets
  • Ability to monitor and track diversity targets across multiple locations
  • Well versed with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel in preparing updates for board of directors
  • Strong background in project management and preferably in data analytics tool such as Tableau, Power BI
  • Willingness to explore new strategies to attract, source and process talent
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels in the organization and comfortable with challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience of orchestrating strategy formulation and its successful implementation, and delivery of complex and large-scale projects.
