Head of Finance (Leasing)

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial budgeting and forecasting processes
• Effectively partner the business to develop strategies and initiatives for the country, as well as translate into objectives for finance department
• Support the business with financial advice around improving margins, lowering risks and operating costs
• Provide and present performance reports to senior management and Global Finance
• Report financial results with accompanying analysis to relevant external stakeholders (auditors, regulators, tax authorities, customers etc)
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial transaction processes compliant with statutory requirements
• Ensure solid financial and operational internal controls, as well as compliance with internal and external policies, laws and regulations
• Ensure Segregation of Duties within small finance team
• Structure and manage the finance function, team, processes and partners
