Head of Database Marketing

My client in the financial services industry is continuing to grow their marketing team on the back of growing incrementally as a business. This investment continues in the way they use marketing to increase revenue with their partners. This B2B Database marketing role is a leadership role and an international role, ideally, we are looking for someone with strong people management experience, a good technical understanding and ability to work and have proven experience working on multiple markets.  Someone with a data driven mindset is key for this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Scaling revenue and driving pipeline through the conceptualization and ultimately execution of international database strategies.
  • Work in close relation with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize GTM strategies to drive revenue ultimately.
  • Prepare strategies that are multi channeled, to drive lead generation and optimize conversion rates.
  • Design and implement high-impact campaigns that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnels, while hitting target metrics, including leads, MQLs / SQLs, and marketing ROI.
  • Play an important role in growing the team through inspiring them, leading them, and playing a role as a mentor.

Role requirements

  • 7-10 years of related database marketing experience.
  • Proficient in SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Proven leader managing an international workforce.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
