Key responsibilities

Assist the head of operational risk in implementing corporate-wide risk policies.
Ensuring the consistent interpretation and implementation of these policies.
Drive global operational risk self-assessment exercise to identify and address control gaps.
Assessing risk & control trend analysis of and implementing KRIs as preventative measures.
Monitor and report on the corporate-wide operational risk profile to senior management.
Participate in the implementation of systems and tools to support enterprise operational risk management initiatives.

Role requirements

At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment within risk management.
A good Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, or related fields of study.
Sound knowledge of operational risk tools and best practices as well as good understanding of operational processes, risks, and controls in the financial services industry.
