Trade Settlement Manager

Key responsibilities

• Identify discrepancies on trade confirmation & settlement, and conduct investigation for outstanding trades to ensure transactions are promptly and accurately reflected on the system.
• Responsible for daily financial transactions ranging from verification to accounts receivable posting.
• Responsible for account, General Ledger, and payments reconciliation.
• Collaborate with traders, keep track of every transactions to ensure which complies to regulatory requirements and guidelines of SFC & HKMA are followed.
• Monitor fund transfer, ensure smooth process and in accordance with AML/CFT measures.
• Identify potential impacts of criminal activities and minimize the effects by driving mitigation.
• Help reduce operational risk by improving the workflow.
• Participate in operational projects such as systems migration.
