Our client is the IT product-based company, proving platform for restaurants, convenience stores, and retailers looking for a Talent acquisition leader for their IT recruitment team.

Looking for candidates with IT recruitment experience from Ecommerce and Fintech, IT product, Computer Software firm

Candidates should have worked for on Rails (RoR or Rails), React Native, Data Engineering, Hadoop, Spark technologies

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing strategy for India operations and expand to Asia Pacific regions
  • Work with the talent and people leaders from other geographies
  • Work on candidate recruiting plans, partner with the hiring managers, people team and executive leadership
  • Lead and build a sourcing function including recruiters, sourcers and coordinators
  • Work with senior leadership and People Operations on competitive compensation strategy

Role requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience. At least 3 years in a fast growth, software product companies
  • 2 + years as a team leader / manager responsible for owing the deliverables
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices and associated compliance and regulatory requirements for the Indian market
  • APAC sourcing experience and SaaS experience is a big plus
  • Should have worked for on Rails (RoR or Rails), React Native, Data Engineering, Hadoop, Spark technologies
