Group Financial Controller

Our client is a growing Technology business and as a part of their growth in Asia looking to hire a Group Financial Controller. This is a newly created role based in Hong Kong.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Lead and be key point of contact for all Financial reporting matters.
Work with regional counterparts and be responsible for consolidation and statutory reporting.
Work with the key leadership team and board members on all financial matters
Take responsibility for internal control processes as well as system implementations or roll out.
Lead a small team and work with stakeholders across the region.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

A degree in Finance or Accounting with atleast 12+ years of working experience from an MNC
Must be CPA qualified and have excellent knowledge for financial reporting standards as IFRS. Knowledge of any local reporting standards a plus
Excellent team player, who can be hands on and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong experience in group consolidation and reporting.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Asian languages a plus
Candidates must be based in HK.
