Key responsibilities

  • Pure play talent acquisition role – Supporting the business units.
  • Manage extensive stakeholder management and drive the hiring numbers.
  • Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill-based hiring, Market mapping.
  • Must have experience independently handling sourcing, campus drive, walk-in drives etc.
  • The role will involve an extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Role requirements

  • Preferably – Full time MBA
  • Preference will be given to recruiters from BFSI industry (Banks, Captives, Investment Management firms/organisations, Financial services)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in NON-IT recruitment
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
