Operations Director

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and consultants from cross-functional departments for the mapping and establishment of workflow process.
• Develop process map, identify clear definition of roles across teams, and determine ideal staffing models for inter-departmental coordination and process execution.
• Keep track of process efficiency by continuous monitoring, identify any deficiencies and report to the COO and Executive team with recommendations of improvement.
• Work closely with function heads to develop team training program against process change and for efficiency optimization.
• Coordinate with external consultants for certification processes such as ISO, SOC, etc.
