Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for Compensation and benefits accounting and reporting for regional controller.
  • Managing financial and functional analysis for long term compensation and related reporting
  • Provide advice for country specific local corporate returns on long term compensation related matters
  • Oversight and execution of specific HR finance related matters pertaining to Audit, regulatory and tax queries
  • Collaborating effectively across the HR, tax, finance, legal and operation
  • Managing multiple changes in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Keeping abreast of developments in the Organization and HR Finance related regulations and identifying issues or opportunities attendant to those developments

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • CA/CPA/CWA with 8+years of relevant experience with bank or financial institution.
  • Must have core controllership experience in payroll accounting or compensation accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of International Accounting & Reporting Standards (US GAAP, IFRS)
  • Exposure to tax accounting treatment related to staff compensation and benefits
  • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
