Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Play an important role in targeting industry and professional bodies to represent the company’s proposition in the market
Actively engage in relationship building exercises with the view of building a database of contacts within key target firms
Through fostering of existing relationships, grow clients accounts to meet sales targets as well as through new business pitches
Keep abreast of industry trends, current issues and how to capitalise on these trends to win new business and prospecting of clients
Client interactions – have the ability to gather, interpret and present compelling findings to clients once you’ve assessed their challenges and needs

To be eligible for this role you will require:

6 to 8 years of experience in learning and development within financial services
Comfortable with being in a sales focused roles with targets and managing of own pipelines
Stellar communication skills, with the ability to present often comfortably
