Key responsibilities

  • Skilled HR Business Partner for the assigned Technology & Operations group. She/He will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning.
  • Leverages expertise and collaborates across the Communities of Expertise, Service Delivery Team and Workforce Support Solutions.
  • She/He will be a member of the India HR Leadership Team and key contributor within assigned client groups. Primarily act as a consultant to Sr management on all issues related to human resources.
  • She/He should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives and provide integrated solutions
  • Broad range of experience in managing all aspects of HR: Experienced in supervising others, interfaces with senior level management
  • Experienced individual contributor managing multi-disciplined HR function

Role requirements

  • 10 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR
  • Strong technology knowledge and worked for tech part of the business at Banking Space.
  • Strong HRBP skills
  • Should be from 2010-2011 batch of post-graduation

  • Consultative Approach (experience in consulting business)
  • Good in navigating through systems
