This role is primarily responsible for executing HR initiatives for all employees in order improve performance and build capability and commitment to the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning.
  • Leverage’s expertise and collaborates across the Communities of Expertise, Service Delivery Team and Workforce Support Solutions.
  • Should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives and provide integrated solutions.
  • Broad range of experience in managing all aspects of HR: Experienced in supervising others, interfaces with senior level management.

Role requirements

  • Full time MBA/PG in HR, with around 10+ years’ experience in the Human Resource function as an HRBP.
