AVP, Operational Risk (Data Analytics)

Key responsibilities

• Recommend corporate-wide operational risk policies and ensuring the consistent interpretation and implementation of these policies
• Drive global operational risk self-assessment exercise to identify and address control gaps
• Understand governing principles of BCBS239 that drive underlying requirements for reporting standards for our priority reports and work with the team to implement necessary controls, documentation and change required to support the bank’s compliance to BCBS239
• Monitor and report on the corporate-wide operational risk profile to senior management
• Participate in the implementation of systems and tools to support enterprise operational risk management initiatives
