Develop content and event strategies and framework that meets users’ needs and the business objectives.
Manager events’ production process, facilitate content for marketing & brand materials, ensure timely delivery with operations team and business units.
Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify and execute to deliver a portfolio of events and meetings.
Research and propose themes and topics for content-driven live events.
Devise and implement improvements to best practices, tools, and processes.
Work closely with internal team to lead multiple meetings and projects.
Master or Degree in Journalism/ Communications or relevant field
At least 7 years’ experience in positions of B2B editorial, conference/tradeshow producer, preferrable with Financial Service/ Professional Service/Media background.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and database tools.
Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin (and simplified Chinese)
Good communication, organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from various countries.
Less experience will be considered as Manager role.
