Involving in day-to-day coding development works.
Mentoring the developers and automated testers to build a loan servicing platform for use within our client’s group of companies but with a view to sell the application as a commercial product.
Taking on a role of Scrum Master to lead scrum meetings, run daily standups, sprint retrospectives and other ceremonies defined by the team, providing Scrum Master skills to support the Agile approach that our client is looking to adopt.
You will be working closely with teams in Singapore, India and Indonesia
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Total of 10 – 14 years of experience
People management experience, ideally managing people across different geographies
Strong passion for technology, technology savvy
Expertise in building products from scratch and has worked on C# and any frameworks in Javascript such as Angular, React etc.
Strong in coding skills
Understands agile methodology, have led scrum meetings, played role of scrum master
Strong experience as backend developer that can manage frontend development
Hands-on strong with data structure , algorithms, understands C#, source coding, frameworks that comes with C# well
Experience working for small to mid-sized firms/environment
Good communication and collaboration skills, good team player and mentor
