Key responsibilities

Providing solutions including Client Relationship Manager as Facility Agent for all Private Debt Securities (PDS)/Loan Stock issuance/Loan Syndication originated by the Bank;
Managing the agency functions and review of agency roles for bond issuance, syndicated loans and loan stocks arranged by Debt Markets (DM) and Corporate Finance (CF), under the assigned portfolio.
Ensuring payment obligations is met (Principal and coupon).
Attending to requests for variation of terms of existing PDS Programme.
Ensuring that credit evaluation is in compliance with Group, Bank Negara Malaysia and other regulatory requirements.
Evaluate credit request for Group in relation to the followings:-
- Fresh loan bridger which arises from Investment banking advisory roles which include amongst other, financing for corporate exercises such as Mergers & Acquisition, Leverage Buyout, Management Buyout and Voluntary/Mandatory General Offer
- Bridging financing under Investment Bank for selective lending in support of DCM and CF related activities, which is within the limitation of the Single Customer Limit

Role requirements

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, Actuarial Science, or any related field. An advanced post-graduate qualification or professional qualification is an added advantage.
Good Business Acumen with expert level written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, numerical and attention to details.
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
