Key responsibilities

  • Involved in application support, providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of software applications in order to streamline business operations
  • Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
  • Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
  • You will perform helpdesk operations such as responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems if required.
  • Ensures that all devices and activations follow company’s policies and procedures.
  • Manages, maintains, supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes the mobile cloud environment and its related mobile devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs.
  • Providing great customer service to both internal and external clients

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in corporate IT environment
  • Good experience in testing and evaluating new technologies, installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Good experience in troubleshooting new problems with system and network, to diagnose and solve software or hardware issues
  • Good experience in supporting roll-out of new applications
  • Good experience in responding to requests tickets and incidents efficiently
  • Having Microsoft Office 365 , Azure and Active Directory administration experience
  • Great customer service skills going the extra mile to get things resolved well
  • Able to work independently and to prioritize workload accordingly
  • Able to handle pressure well and excellent problem solving skills
