Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Responsible for the design, implementation an improvement of procedures and policies to ensure efficient and productive operations.
  • Responsible for team development and training.
  • Collaborate with different functions within the corporate such as Legal, Marketing, etc. for risk mitigation and increase market exposure.
  • Maintain close relationship internally with key stakeholders and senior management for strategic development, and externally with major vendors for contract negotiation.
  • Drive the best initiatives and objectives for quality client services to ensure high customer fulfilment.

To be eligible for this role you will require

  • At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Services operations and/or administration.
  • Sound experience in team management with exposure to mentoring.
  • Track record of new products launching.
  • Analytical, attention to details with sound change management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
