Key responsibilities

  • Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit leadership and niche candidates. (i.e. competitive research, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)
  • Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and business needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
  • Manage recruiting initiatives and projects to meet established goals and improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
  • Implement University Relation plans & solutions for Top Tier Technology institutes across India and deliver results, achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
  • Influence hiring managers through strategic reports on key metrics and market insights, to drive decisions and process improvements

Role requirements

  • MBA
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders to understand their requirements on the role/position
  • Demonstrable experience with managing leadership recruitment
  • Experience with working with leadership roles/positions
  • Excellent communication skills
