Our client is the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance company looking for a Project Manager for their Organisation & People Development (OPD) team, a part of Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage high-impact global portfolios, programs and projects focused on organisational transformation such as strategic workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, employee experience, organisational culture, inclusion and diversity, and more.
  • Work on Agile frameworks or as a Product Manager
  • Working with global teams of HR Partners, internal and external subject matter experts, IT, leadership hiring
  • Partner and influence the leadership into supporting and landing topics
  • Train and coach teams in dealing with ambiguity, difficult stakeholders and changing requirements/priorities, and guide them into Agile ways of work

Role requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management experience at an Executive Leadership-level
  • 12+ years of strong program/project and change management experience, having led Agile teams during this time
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile ways of working, including frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • A background in HR topics such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Organisation Development would be a plus, but is not mandatory
  • Strong IT/ Digital skills
  • Strong language skills
  • Excellent presentation skills are a major plus
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CAL and/or SPC will be a major advantage
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, UX and/or CX will be a major advantage
