Our client is the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance company looking for a Project Manager for their Organisation & People Development (OPD) team, a part of Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

Manage high-impact global portfolios, programs and projects focused on organisational transformation such as strategic workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, employee experience, organisational culture, inclusion and diversity, and more.
Work on Agile frameworks or as a Product Manager
Working with global teams of HR Partners, internal and external subject matter experts, IT, leadership hiring
Partner and influence the leadership into supporting and landing topics
Train and coach teams in dealing with ambiguity, difficult stakeholders and changing requirements/priorities, and guide them into Agile ways of work

Role requirements

Strong stakeholder management experience at an Executive Leadership-level
12+ years of strong program/project and change management experience, having led Agile teams during this time
In-depth knowledge of Agile ways of working, including frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
A background in HR topics such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Organisation Development would be a plus, but is not mandatory
Strong IT/ Digital skills
Strong language skills
Excellent presentation skills are a major plus
Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CAL and/or SPC will be a major advantage
Knowledge of Design Thinking, UX and/or CX will be a major advantage
