Finance Director

Key responsibilities

• Review the monthly financial statements, month end closings, financial/management reporting and inter-company transaction reconciliation.
• Provide professional financial advice to the top management.
• Manage the daily operation in the Finance team
• Responsible for the funding of the Group including acquiring bank facilities, letter of credit, negotiate terms, review credit with banks and execute financing arrangements
• Prepare the group financial report and presentation to the BOD
• Handle the taxation, annual audit and treasury
• Responsible for proper control on asset management of cashflow and working capital of the company
• Handle the internal control, system enhancement, and process improvement project
