Key responsibilities

Identify the business challenges and opportunities and provide solutions based on business, statistical, and data analysis, to make strategic decisions.
Develop, support, test the supporting applications & upgrade the system used in the team.
Working closely with the fund accounting & cross-functional teams for various process/projects for smooth implementation.
Maintain a balance between functional and management responsibilities.

Role requirements

Strong experience in quality assurance testing for Fund Accounting applications (preference: SunGard Invest One) or similar roles.
Min 8+ years of experience in the either fund accounting or project management in similar field.
Strong communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills along with intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.
Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, IT, and product development, as well as a track record of success in complex projects and change initiatives.
