The role supports the CEO in ensuring an effective governance structure is in place for proper supervision and supervise all risk and control functions for first line.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

Provides risk and compliance advice to support the Singapore business.
Ensures proper and defined governance of the Singapore Branch
Execute risk management policies, processes, and controls, along with Compliance’s advice, to regulatory changes
Supporting the local CEO to ensure all regulatory and reputational risks are adhered
Monitor and review local regulations and changes that may affect the business

To be eligible for this role you will require

University Degree with solid relevant working experience within private banking.
Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory environment
Demonstrated experience in regulatory developments and their impact on the industry
Ability to build relationships by communicating and working effectively with regulators compliance and business users
