Key responsibilities

  • Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization’s human resource function and performance.
  • Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
  • Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility.
  • Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
  • Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
  • Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Coordinates the activities, programs, and strategic HR plans of other HR departments throughout the location.

 

Role requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience
  • HRBP experience in Banking, Captives, Financial Services firms
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Prior people management experience is required
  • Experience in leading, developing and managing HR Operations, and teams in a shared services organization
  • Experience with workforce and capacity management
  • Strong data management and governance experience
  • Experience working across multiple geographies
  • Ability to influence in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment
  • Experience operating in a matrix global framework is required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel
