Human Resource Business Partner

A well established and growing ecommerce company is looking to bring onboard a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and will be the go-to-person for the functions that they support. This role requires you to be an individual contributor, with the support of the HR team to provide an end-to-end HR advice to the business leaders to ensure that their business goals are met.

Key responsibilities

Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Conducting frequent meetings with respective business units’ stakeholders.
Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
Conducting in-depth analysis and recommend improvement plan and measure.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Analysing trends and metrics in partnership with other HR COEs and to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Role requirements

Experience from a start-up, e-commerce or tech company background is highly preferred.
Must have strong Industrial Relations experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Must have excellent stakeholder management skills especially with top management.
Must have the ability to work and ability to work independently in a face pace environment
Persuasive, friendly, people-oriented and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Mandarin is also highly preferred
