Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: divided into Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership & Development
Leadership & Development:
- Experience of leading Content and Delivery for a variety of audience / functions and levels
- Content expertise and certification on managerial and leadership training programs along with psychometric instruments/ tools
- Should be adept in Facilitation and in Instructional Design Methodologies
- Engage closely with both business and HR stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context
- This role requires content development expertise. Design and deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs
- Ability to design, develop and deliver targeted & customized interventions for even senior audiences
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to provide cost optimized solutions while maintaining a focus on quality, applicability and efficiencies
- Oversee all operational activities for L&D
- Track metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team’s deliverables.
- Understanding of Learning Technology and able to leverage digital platforms and tools to enhance user experience and efficiency
Diversity & Inclusion:
- A 1point central liaison for all Employee Networks
- Exposure to Culture Building Interventions as well as deep expertise in Diversity & Inclusion
- Inclusive Mind-set which helps build commitment with teams along the Journey

- Ability to represent the site on D&I Global and Regional Calls
- Support the firm’s participation in benchmarking surveys
- Act as a conduit for research, intelligence and external developments in the diversity arena
- Refresh diversity marketing materials, internal and external website content and any other social or digital promotions relating to diversity
- Track diversity metrics to monitor effectiveness of team’s deliverables
Role requirements
- MBA/ Postgraduate in HR from Tier 1 and 2 B school
- 8-10 years of experience in Learning and Development
- Compliance and Regulatory Mind-set
- L&D Experience
- D&I is an added advantage
- Experience from any industry
