Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all communications involving the organization including implementation of a communications strategy
  • Build Trusted Robust Channels of Impactful Communication
  • Manage key Firm wide Announcements: Key organizational changes; CEO messages; Messages from Head HR, Wholesale and Corporate Executive Leadership messages
  • Manage Key Firmwide events from Conceptualization to Execution like CSR Day, Corporate Ethics Day, Townhalls, Speaker Series etc.
  • Partnering with Global Comms Teams and Collaborative approach with Regional Cross Divisions to build strong relationships
  • Liaison with all site businesses for key divisional events
  • Partnering with the Divisional Core teams on the Comms Plan and Events Calendar for the Year
  • All employee communications/ top-stories reviewed, prepared & launched on the Intranet
  • Leverage social media appropriately to build the Brand Presence in the market

Role requirements

  • MBA/ Postgraduate in Marketing / Communications
  • 8-10 years of experience
