Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive the design, development, and deployment of overall HR strategies for the business around talent attraction, development, performance management, compensation and retention
  • Serve as a strategic member of the leadership team, consult with and advise leadership team on all HR matters
  • Drive broad cultural change to build a positive and agile working environment that would position the department for long term success.
  • Enable astute decisions around key people issues by comprehensive analysis and presentation of workforce information to leadership team
  • Conduct pulse surveys and focused group discussion to gain departmental insights and devise action plans in line with business requirements

Role requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HRBP role
  • Candidates who have handled HRBP responsibility for captive IT Business Unit would be preferred
  • Full time MBA HR / Masters in HR from reputed institute
